Rocking For Life

AA&WC having our annual fundraiser August 28, 2010 at the Covered Bridge. This is a time each year when the center provides games and prizes for the kids and refreshments to help raise money for the center. We also supply rocking chairs for everyone to sit back and rock while listening to gospel music. This year our focus was on our new ultrasound program. We needed to raise money in order to complete the training required. A large variety singers came out for the event. A huge thank you to Greater Glory for not only singing for us but, for allowing us to use your equipment all day. Even thought the weather was cold and rainy God still blessed us with $1500.00 in donations. We want to thank all the churches who took up special offering and each person who gathered sponsors and raised money. I want to also thank our volunteers and board members for helping all day.
